Refund policy

We have a 48-hour return window, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and photo proof of the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Most items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Change-of-mind returns

Wrong size or fit

Buyer’s remorse

Sale items

Digital products

Gift cards

Personalized or custom items

Print-on-demand items

Accessories, swimwear, lounge wear, and beauty/personal care products

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to submit a damage/incorrect-item claim. Once approved, we will send out a replacement at no cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at hello@richerandprettier.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to request return authorization.

2. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue you are reporting.

3. Once your request is approved, we will provide next steps on how to proceed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and evaluate your claim, we will notify you by email.

If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, depending on the situation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
